In May 2023, A.I. Wager Realty, Inc. formally received the confirmation of its BBB accreditation. After careful evaluation, the company got a rating of A+, the highest score that the companies could get when applying for accreditation with the Better Business Bureau.
Why BBB Accreditation Is Important
Straight from the bureau itself, every business should be part of the Better Business Bureau family, but not everyone is qualified.
Getting an A+ rating after undergoing a thorough evaluation process reflects Wager Realty’s quality of service to its clients. It is a testament of the integrity of the company itself and how it does business.
According to a 2021 survey, 82% of the consumers are familiar with the Better Business Bureau. Two out of three of them use BBB’s service; and also two out of three consumers familiar with BBB consider its accreditation seal a stamp of a company’s good reputation. Agnes I. Wager Realty, Inc. has been around since 1995. It is the first real estate company in Dutchess County, New York that is solely owned by a woman broker, the company’s namesake. Her granddaughter, Bethany Wager-Mckee is the current CEO of Wager Realty.
Bethany has been a realtor for more than two decades. In 2020, she realized how overwhelming being a realtor is – with all the tasks her job entails. That was when she was introduced to the idea of hiring a virtual assistant, whom she can delegate some of her tasks to.
She then met her Filipina VA. They were able to establish a harmonious working relationship, and Bethany’s life became lighter and easier. It is for this reason that her VA still works for her up to now.
The same pleasant experience with her Filipina VA inspired Bethany to put up a company that will provide professional virtual assistant services to entrepreneurs and business owners. Hence, Remotely Assists LLC was founded.
