Our Head Trainer is uniquely qualified in both management and is a very experienced Trainer in the Philippines. Immediately after you choose your virtual assistant, you will meet with her to discuss what software systems you use and common documents your assistant will be working with. She will then train your assistant one-on-one immediately so that on day one, your assistant will be ready to work.

After a week, you will have a meeting with the Client Success Manager and Virtual Assistant Trainer to assure you are happy with your VA and add any additional skills needed.
